Ms. Amy is a great teacher. I can tell she puts a lot of time and effort into helping me overcome my problems, such as my stage fright. She makes her classes fun and productive, making jokes and figuring things out. Whenever I makes a mistake, she goes through it with me which I really appreciate. She provides great support, never letting me think negatively about myself and always has a of 'Don't give up! You can do this!' mindset. Amy’s Studio is a great place to accelerate your music journey no matter what level of skill or age. I have twin boys who started as piano beginners at age 6 in Amy’s Studio with no music background. Amy makes the music fun, engaging and challenging as they progress at their own pace and skill. They look forward to learning and going to their weekly lessons.
Amy provides multiple approaches to learning, as there are theory practices and fun songs kids love, coupled with piano recitals and online videos to learn and watch. My twins have a lot of energy, and Amy helps them lean into their interests so they’re always engaged with learning music.
